Terms of purchase

ABOUT VINARA
Vinara is an online e-commerce platform and authorized dealer of carefully selected brands. We offer a finely range of niche, high quality beauty products. Vinara aims to provide our customer the products which are truly amazing and result oriented.

  1. GENERAL
    These purchase conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order from vinara.se Processing of the purchase on vinara.se is carried out by Vinara Hudvård AB (559403-8738), Box 85631 Sundsvall. When you make a purchase on vinara.se, you are aware that you are bound by these terms and conditions as well as our Privacy Policy, which you can read here Privacy Policy terms and conditions of purchase may change and it is therefore your responsibility to read the terms and conditions with each individual purchase.
  1. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT
    To shop at vinara.se, you must be 18 years of age, not be under guardianship and otherwise have the capacity to enter into an agreement. If you are under 18, you must have a parent’s permission to order from us.Agreements are formed when you receive a delivery confirmation from us. Note that the agreement only concerns the goods that are confirmed in the delivery confirmation. We reserve the right for possible delivery delays and final sales. Furthermore, we reserve the right for technical errors, printing errors and misspellings. We reserve the right to adjust any errors in the price information before and after the order is processed.
  1. DELIVERIES AND ORDERING
    If you shop for a certain value, you can choose a delivery option with free shipping*.Vinara.se reserves the right to update shipping costs.

PostNord – to an agent or directly in your mailbox
Smaller packages are delivered directly to your letterbox, while larger packages are left at your door or hung in an environmental bag on the letterbox. You will receive a notification via Postnord’s app when your package has been delivered. You can also choose a climate-smart option. PostNord’s climate-smart deliveries are transported in accordance with PostNord’s environmental and work environment guidelines, which means as little climate impact as possible. This means that deliveries are transported as far as possible via rail and in other cases by truck. PostNord is certified with the environmental labels ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, here you can read more about the certifications.
Packages over 2kg will be sent to an agent near you, based on your postcode.

PostNord – delivery at the door
If you choose home delivery and are not at home when the package is delivered, you are responsible for the delivery from the moment the package is left at your door or in the mailbox.


3.1 GOODS THAT ARE OUT OF STOCK
If any item that you have ordered is not in stock when your order is to be packed, then only the items that you have ordered and that are in stock will be delivered to you. If you were not charged for shipping when the order was placed, you will not be charged for shipping when the order is updated.
3.2 NOTIFICATION
When the order has been sent from our warehouse, a notification regarding this is emailed to your email with a tracking link.
3.3 UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Your package remains at the drop-off location for varying lengths of time depending on the respective supplier’s regulations, after which it is sent back to Vinara e-commerce. If you have paid for your order but not picked it up, you will automatically be credited for the sum of the products (but not for the shipping cost) when we have handled your delivery. Vinara also charges an administrative fee of SEK 150 for non-collected deliveries.
3.4 VINARA’S RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDERS
Vinara reserves the right to refuse orders, for example if discount vouchers that you have not received directly from Vinara have been used for an order or to refuse product samples for repeat orders below a certain amount.
3.5 ORDER AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATIONS/RECEIPT
When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that your email address is correct and notify Vinara Customer Service and we will resend the confirmation.

When the goods are sent from Vinara’s e-commerce warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation/receipt via e-mail. Contracts for the delivery of your ordered products arise when you receive a delivery confirmation.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE
    Vinara is not obliged to fulfill the purchase if there is an obstacle that Vinara cannot overcome or the fulfillment would require sacrifices that are not reasonable with regard to the customer’s interest in Vinara fulfilling the purchase. The customer is also not entitled to compensation for the damage the customer suffers as a result of Vinara’s delay or error if the delay or error is due to an obstacle beyond Vinara’s control that Vinara could not reasonably be expected to have anticipated at the time of purchase and whose consequences Vinara could not reasonably have avoided either or overcome.
  2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
    You always have the right to cancel your order within 14 days* when purchasing from VINARA e-commerce. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the date you or your representative receives the product in physical possession. The item must be returned with unbroken packaging and in otherwise unused and undamaged condition. Due to hygiene reasons, certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or other broken seals are not covered.

However, if you have used a coupon with a discount or promotional offer for the product you choose to return, the coupon will not be reactivated.

*For the Christmas sale, an extended right of withdrawal applies until January 24, 2024 for purchases made between December 1 and December 24, 2024.
5.1 USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Before sending the item back to Vinara’s e-commerce, we invite you to contact Customer Service by phone or email, see contact details below.

If you choose to return the product, the product must be sent to Vinara within 14 days from the date you notified Vinara that you regret it. The return is paid for by Vinara. Please note that you need to identify yourself when you return the item via an agent in order to use the return slip.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. Vinara is not responsible for the item during the time it is sent back to Vinara from the customer.

Note that refunds are always made using the same form of payment as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made with a bank card, refunds can only be made against the same bank card. This does not affect your rights under law.

  1. COMPLAINT
    Vinara guarantees that every shipment is inspected before it is sent to the customer. Should the product, despite this, still be broken or incorrect when it arrives, you have three years’ right to complain about original faults from the day you receive the product. Customers who wish to claim an error in an ordered item must contact Customer Service as soon as possible after the error is discovered, see contact details below.
    6.1 GIFTS AND PRODUCT SAMPLES UPON PURCHASE
    When returning purchased products, gifts and product samples, which have been received by Vinara due to the customer’s purchase, must also be returned by the customer.
    6.2 SHIPPING COSTS
    In the event of an approved complaint, Vinara pays the cost of return shipping.
    6.3 ALLERGIC REACTION
    Please read everything about the product on our website before purchasing the products. We never record information about your health or make recommendations about your health or allergic reactions.
  2. PAYMENT AND PRICES

7.1 SECURE PAYMENT
Shopping at Vinara e-commerce is safe and easy. You choose between direct payment through your bank or card payment where your bank or credit card is connected to Visa or Mastercard/Eurocard, Swish or invoice/part payment (Klarna Account). Payments and refunds are handled by Vinara Hudvård AB. More information about the various payment options can be found under the respective headings below.
7.2 CARD PAYMENT
If you have a bank or credit card connected to Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Electron, Maestro card or American Express, you can pay through your account card. When you choose this payment option, the amount on your credit card is reserved at the time of your order and payment is only made when the goods are sent to you.

Through its payment providers, Vinara offers the latest systems for safer payments. This sometimes means that you have to activate these via your bank. If your card purchase is denied because of this, use invoice payment or contact your bank to activate safer online card purchases.
7.3 PAYMENT VIA SWISH( applicable only where is avaliable)
You who are connected to Swish can make a payment that is deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and authorize the payment via your mobile Bank ID to complete the purchase. In the event of a return, the money is refunded to your bank account, alternatively to your bank or credit card or in cash.
7.4 INVOICE
The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is handed over to our partner, Klarna AB, who does a simplified credit check without a copy of the ID. For Klarna’s terms and conditions regarding invoice as a payment option, refer Klarna.

7.5 PRICES
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, the VAT is reported on the order confirmation/receipt. Prices do not include any delivery charges. The current prices are reported on the website near the goods. In the event that the

    Vinara does its best to provide as accurate product information as possible. However, we recommend that you always double-check the product information and list of contents on the packaging when you receive your delivery, especially if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any substance.

The packaging of our products may vary in appearance. In some cases, a different size than the one offered may be depicted, therefore it is always the written information regarding volume that applies.

Please note that the color samples of products on Vinara e-commerce may vary depending on your monitor and your individual screen settings.

All content on Vinara.se is owned by Vinara or its licensors. The information is protected by, among other things, intellectual property and market laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from Vinara.
8.1 BEST BEFORE DATE
On most of our products there is a symbol that looks like a jar with an open lid. At the symbol it says either 6, 12 or 24 months. This indicates the shelf life of the product from the time it is opened. Other products have a specific date marking.

Also keep in mind that the shelf life is affected by how you store and use the product. For example, don’t use your fingers instead of a spatula when you take skin cream out of a jar, because otherwise it’s easy to spread bacteria and shorten its shelf life. It is also not good for beauty products to be stored too hot or in direct sunlight.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE
    In the event of a dispute, Vinara follows the decision of the General Complaints Board. The General Complaints Board can be reached either via the website www.arn.se or via the address Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm. You can also complain via the EU’s online platform for dispute resolution, which you can reach via http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law and, without prejudice to what is stated under the paragraph above, be decided by a general court.

  1. CHANGES TO TERMS OF PURCHASE
    Vinara reserves the right to make changes to the terms of purchase. Changes to the terms of purchase will be notified on vinara.se.

    If Vinara .se contains links to other websites and materials belonging to third parties, it must be made clear that Vinara has not has no control over the content or material on these websites and shall therefore not be held liable for any damages or losses.
